Product Care | | |  How can I safely care for my acrylic award? | | |  Acrylic awards may be washed with a mild soap or detergent and cleaned with a soft cloth or sponge. Artwork | | | What do I need to submit for my imprinting instructions? | | | We require Camera Ready artwork (see requirements below) and a layout instruction page. A layout instruction page shows the desired placement of logos, images, personalization, copy, colors requested, etc. A layout instruction page may be submitted by fax, paper mailed or emailed. | | Back to Top
| | | | What artwork formats are acceptable for camera-ready artwork? | | | We may use customer-supplied camera-ready artwork when it complies with the following guidelines:
- High resolution, clean, crisp black and white line drawings
- Stats, slicks or images from a company's Graphics Standards Manual
- 35mm photography
- Artwork submitted must be at least 100% of scale to the final desired size.

When submitted any artwork, please include the operating software and version number on your layout page.
