American Idol Award
The American Idol Award was presented to the 7 previous American Idol winners in a ceremony at Walt Disney World by the shows Executive Producer Simon Fuller. The American Idol Award will now be presented to the competition winner each season.
The microphone shape of the award is hand crafted from milled aluminum sandwiched together with black acrylic and topped off with a photocast American Idol logo. The handle is satin finished centrifugal cast metal supported by a bright finished spun aluminum sub-base. The personalizations were deep etched on a black marble base.
