 Art WorkFor the fastest service, we recommend providing process-ready and digitally produced artwork. Hard copy artwork will result in extra charges. Artwork requiring touch-up, design, color separation, typesetting or rearranging for use may result in art charges. The factory reserves the right to determine whether artwork is process ready to ensure the highest quality imprinting. A layout is a printed (or printable) version of your artwork that illustrates images, logos, graphics, color breaks, font styles and sizes, and their locations. Artwork Submissions When submitting artwork, please include the following:
Good quality black-and-white camera-ready art is required. Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, colored layouts, etc. will be subject to clean-up charges of $50.00(C) per hour. Artwork File Submission for Stock Products Please include a laser printed hard copy of your artwork with the disk. All fonts must be converted to curves (paths, outlines). Submit all stock product art files to artwork@stregiscrystal.com Artwork for SpectraPrint High resolution rastor or vector artwork is required. Rastor artwork can be sent as a .tif, bitmap or .jpg and must be 300 dpi or greater. Vector artwork is preferred for all logos and text. Photoshop files (.psd) should be sent with logos and text on separate layers. Solid coated PMS numbers are required for all logos to ensure the closest possible color match. If PMS numbers are not available, a hard copy of the artwork is required in order for us to provide an accurate color match. Minimum Order For orders less than minimum quantity listed, $20.00(C) run charge will apply. Overruns Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered; however, on all custom items, we reserve the right to ship up to 10% over the ordered amount on like items. Orders for exact quantities must be quoted in writing as such. Proofs Paper, E-mail or Faxed Proof:Free; $18.50(G) per change A paper proof will be faxed/e-mailed for approval prior to production. Production cannot begin without receipt of an accepted paper proof. Virtual Proof:Free; $20.00(G) per change Pre-Production Samples If requested, a pre-production or spec sample will be supplied. The sample item will be billed at regular prices, plus set-up charges and shipping. A $20.00(C) run charge will apply. Photocast and Double Etched Photocast Prices include photocast zinc plate. Finish options include Silvertone, Brasstone, Bronzetone and Coppertone. Multiple finishes are available for Double Etched Photocast, call for quote. Nickel Silver or Copper may be substituted for Brass, please call for quote. For etched and colorfilled, add $60.00(C) set up for first color, $35.00(C) for each additional color. Pricing All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices valid through December 31, 2013. Single position Deep Etch, Laser Engraving or SpectraPrint included in all prices (unless indicated). Pricing Without Etching Use end column pricing. This excludes items that cannot be etched. Repeat Orders There is no set-up charge for repeat orders of the same item using identical artwork. Set-Up Charges On orders for multiple items of different sizes, the set-up charge on additional items will be waived, as long as all items are produced at the same time. Shipping InformationCall Out ProgramsWe have complete fulfillment capabilities to manage call out programs. Please note the following program requirements:
Add $8.00(G) handling charge per destination, plus normal freight charges. Accurate “Bill To” information required to avoid chargebacks. Distributor is responsible for all chargebacks. $15.00(G) fee will apply. Courier Shipments To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.), additional packaging is required. $6.00(G) per shipping carton will be added to the invoice. Drop Shipments Multiple identical shipments will be processed at the following discounted rates:
Gift Wrapping Gold foil wrapping paper available: Add $5.00(G) per package. International Shipments Add $25.00(G) per shipment. International shipping account to be provided. Any chargebacks, duties or taxes may be billed to the distributor up to 90 days or more (service charge $15.00(G) will apply). Labeling We will use customer labels, if provided, at no extra charge. Charge for typing shipping label is $1.25(X) per label. Production Time Unless otherwise noted, normal production time is 7 to 10 working days from approval of artwork, proof and sample (subject to inventory). For orders requiring colorfill, add 1 day per color. Rush Orders Rush charges apply to all charges when accelerated scheduling is required to meet a requested ship date. Scheduling begins from the date that all order components (final production information, furnished artwork, personalized list, etc.) and proof approvals are received by the factory. Add 5% of total order for each day under normal production time. Minimum rush charge: $62.50(G). Shipping and Fulfillment: FOB Indianapolis, IN Orders are shipped prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice. Air shipments must be confirmed in writing.Orders may be shipped UPS, common carrier or Federal Express depending on circumstances. Title and risk of loss to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to carrier. Recourse rests exclusively with the carrier. We recommend that you retain the original outer cartons, packing materials and any broken items received for inspection. Skid Shipments Where economical, larger orders will be packed and shrink wrapped on a skid for maximum protection. $20.00(G) per skid will be added to the invoice. Split Shipments When an order is shipped to two or more destinations at the same time, a split shipment charge of $8.00(G) will apply. Freight charges not included. International shipment charges (if applicable) will also apply. However, please be aware that even in the finest crystal, minor variations in clarity can occur. Occasional air bubbles, chill marks or flow lines ane inevitable. Most items can be reboxed and packaging upgrades are available. Please contact Customer Service for packaging upgrades. Returns No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Blank product approved for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Spec Changes Orders will be billed for all labor and material costs incurred up to confirmed receipt of notification of spec changes. Volume Discounts For quantities greater than those shown, please call for a quotation. Quotations are in effect for 60 days from date issued unless otherwise advised. A written confirmation of your quote will be sent upon request. Wood Plaque Collection IndexMany wood finishes and styles are available for R.S. Owens’ special process imprinting techniques. For plaques shown on pages 160 to 168, you can easily change the plaque to suit your needs.
Perpetual Plaque Fulfillment ProgramFor any of our perpetual plaques, take advantage of our monthly fulfillment program. All perpetual plaques ship with imprinted header plate and attached, blank individual plates. Add $140.00(G) to the price of any perpetual plaque to receive individual engraved name plates each month.Here’s How It Works: Select your perpetual plaque and provide personalized information for your header plate. Your plaque will ship with personalized header and 12 individual blank plates, attached. Each month, send us the name of the person you would like engraved on an individual plate (you may send via e-mail to perpetual@rsowens.com). You must reference your original order number in the subject line. A new engraved plate will be shipped to the address on the original order* which you may use to replace the blank plate. There is no cost or postage for monthly plates; you will be invoiced at the time you place your original order. * A $25.00 handling fee will be assessed if the drop ship information is different from the original order. Offer valid in U.S. only.   Buy 12 recipient plaques when you place your perpetual plaque order, and we will ship them to monthly recipients along with your perpetual plate for an additional $300.00(G).
